Oh no another short recipe. I've been looking for a recipe for damson jam for a long time. There is a wild damson orchard near our house and I always wanted to try jam with them. Have you any more tips to cooking this jam??

I do have a recipe for Damson Jam that I have used in the past and I will post it next for you, but have you every thought of Damson Jelly? I make this every year and it is a great hit. When I make it I will step by step with photos so you can see. Its perfect with cold meat. M
